Jacque Phillips RN, BSN

Jacqueline “Jacque” Phillips RN, BSN, is president and founder of AccuCare Home Health Care of St. Louis, an RN-owned and RN-managed locally based company she founded in 1994. The priority for Jacque and the AccuCare team is to provide premium home health care for clients, and to build strong and lasting relationships with the clients’ families so they know and trust that their loved ones are in good hands.

Jacque’s extensive nursing experience ranges from working on a general surgery floor for a nationally recognized hospital and having been a senior manager for a private pay health care delivery service company, to being an entrepreneur who founded several successful health care, premium delivery service companies.

She currently serves on the Ronald McDonald House Charities Human Resources Committee and is a sponsor of the Walk to End Alzheimer’s. She is a founding member and former board member of Entrepreneur’s Organization (EO) St. Louis chapter.

Jacque is a recipient of Small Business Monthly’s 100 St. Louisans to Know to Succeed in Business in 2016, St. Louis Business Journal’s 40 Under 40, NAWBO St. Louis Chapter Distinguished Women Entrepreneur Award, Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year Award, Small Business Monthly’s Top Women Business Owner. 2017 Winner BBB TORCH Award Celebrating Exceptional Ethics and Service, and most recently Jacque was named the 2020 recipient of the Entrepreneur of the Year presented by EO St. Louis.

She graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from California State University – Fresno and graduated MIT Birthing of Giants Entrepreneurship Program.

Jacque lives in St. Louis with her family.
